Sharron founded Starlet in 1992 and still leads the studio today. She heads up the teaching team and keeps an eye on every dancer as they grow.

Thirty-plus years of dance
Sharron Maxwell started Starlet in 1992 and still runs the studio today.
The studio has stayed deliberately small. Groups are kept small so no child is lost at the back, and Sharron now teaches alongside a team of teachers.
Each year there are two shows to work towards: a summer showcase and a Christmas floor show. Dancers who want to go further are supported to compete on the freestyle dance scene.
