Your details and how we use them

Who we are

Starlet Dance Studio is a children's dance school in Dunfermline, Fife. Sharron Maxwell is the principal. If you have a question about your details, email us at starletdancestudio1@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you register interest, we collect:

• your name, mobile number and email address
• your child's first name and age
• the classes and days you're interested in
• their dance experience, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message box

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, suggest the right class, confirm the fees and arrange a first class. We use your details because you ask us to get in touch when you send the form. We don't send marketing, and we don't sell or share your details.

Where it's kept

Your enquiry is saved securely with Cloudflare, which runs this website, and emailed to the studio inbox, which is a Google Gmail account. The email is sent through a service called Resend. Only the studio team can see your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months. If your child joins Starlet, your details move to the studio register. If not, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The register interest form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is filling it in.
